Privacy

At POP Displays, we value your privacy. We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our web site.

Any information customers share with POP Displays is used for the purposes of completing transactions, informing our dealer network of specials and new products, and otherwise communicating with our customers. We do not share our information with any outside parties unless we are given express permission to do so.

Warranty

At POP Displays, all of our high quality display systems are subjected to rigorous testing at each stage of production. Our trained personnel combine years of design experience with the very highest quality materials in order to guarantee the reliability of our display systems. Therefore, if your POP Displays Pop-Up frame does not satisfactorily fulfill its function due to faulty materials or workmanship, POP Displays will repair or replace your frame for as long as you are in possession of the system.

The guarantee is limited to the POP Displays Pop-Up frame. It does not extend to accessories, panels, shipping cases, lights or to the faulty use or packing by the customer.

Shipping

POP Displays ships using UPS ground service by default, unless the customer stipulates otherwise in a written purchase order. We will be happy to ship on a customer's account with UPS or any other courier service if we are so instructed in writing. All our products are shipped FOB (POP Displays).

Returns

POP Displays will accept returns of defective materials and will, at POP Displays' discretion, repair or replace the defective product if such product is covered by our warranty.

POP Displays will accept returns of non-defective materials, other than custom-produced materials, if such materials are in their original packaging, have been unused, and are returned in their original condition, all subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All freight costs for returns, warranty claims or otherwise are on the customer's account.
